Farrah Fawcett Documentary Set to AIR on NBC

Boston (HealthKnowItAll) - Tonight on NBC, a documentary will air detailing the ongoing battle that actress Farrah Fawcett is waging against anal cancer.

The actress has been battling the disease for nearly 3 years, and it appears that her course of treatment options has run out.

The documentary will detail her battle with the disease, that is now threatening to take the life of the 62 year old former star of “Charlie’s Angels.”

There is controversy regarding the documentary, as the producer, Craig Nevius has sued Farrah’s companion, Ryan O’Neal, for allegedly taking over the documentary mid-way changing it entirely from the original plan.

“The project was recut from top to bottom, and included footage that Farrah had never seen or approved,” Nevius told Reuters on Thursday.

A spokesman for the couple states that the lawsuit is rediculous and totally uncalled for.

“They’re shocked at this unconscionable act being done as Farrah fights for her life. Ryan is devastated. We hope and pray that Farrah does not know or see this lawsuit in the condition she is in right now,” Paul Bloch said.

Whether the documentary was changed or not, it will air tonight on NBC.

It will feature Farrah’s battle with anal cancer, and is narrated by the actress herself.
