(Update) Farrah Fawcett Hanging On

The end maybe near at hand for actress Farrah Fawcett who has been battling anal cancer for the last three years.

She is currently bed-ridden in hospital and is not eating, being nurrished by an IV inserted into her arm.

Farrah’s battle with the disease has been documented in a touching 90 minute documentary, aired on NBC a few weeks ago and watched by more than 9 million people.

Throughout the short film, Fawcett displayed her true courage in the face of what she called a “terrorist,” a cancer that can strike at any time without warning.

Fawcett thought she was free from the disease in 2007, only to be told a few months after that that it was back and had spread to her liver.

She is determined to fight to the bitter end, and insists that she still prays for a miracle cure for her disease.
