Ventures Lead Guitarist Dies At 75

Bob Bogle was the lead guitar player for The Ventures, one of the most successful rock instrumental rock bands of all time
Boston (HealthKnowItAll) - It is being reported that Ventures guitar player Bob Bogle has died at the age of 75.

He died on Sunday after a 4 year battle with a type of cancer called non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

Bogle stopped playing with the band 4 years ago, to concentrate on fighting his cancer.

The band, is one of the most successful rock instrumental groups of all time, scoring 60’s smash hits including “Walk, Don’t Run” and “Hawaii Five-O.”

They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame last year, deservedly so.

He leaves behind a wife and 6 children.
