Britain Reports First Death From Swine Flu

Boston (HealthKnowItAll) - British health authorities are reporting the first death from swine flu has occured in the UK.
The first Brit to fall to the swine flu, did so in a hospital located in Scotland, the same hospital home to at least 10 more swine flu patients.
Up until this point according to the World Health Organization, there had been no deaths reported outside of the Americas.
A statement released by the government said that the victim had underlying medical conditions that may have contributed to their death.
Since the outbreak of swine flu was identified in Mexico, Britain have reported more than 1200 cases of the virus.
