Those people who like to eat out at restaurants on a regular basis should know that the foods they eat are very high in calories.

When a person decides to go out to eat, the majority of the time they will choose foods that taste good to them, not always the best when it comes to a healthy option.

Whose kidding who here? When I myself go out to eat, I will definitely choose a fatty burger over a spinach salad anyday of the week.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest have released a report detailing some of the most dense calory laiden meals served at popular U.S. restaurants.

One of the worst, but one of my favs for sure are Big Mouth Bites with French fries from Chili’s, which contain a whopping 2,000 calories, more than a daily requirement for some people.

Other restaurants to make the 10 most fatty foods list include Red Lobster, Applebee’s, The Cheesecake Factory and Uno Chicago Grill.

Eating foods high in salt and calories has been linked to increased risk of obesity, stroke and high blood pressure.
