OTC, refers to over the counter, and is a term commonly used when discussing certain drugs that can be purchased at pharmacies.

The new laser device is approved for the removing of wrinkles around the eyes, and can be used in the comfort of your own home.

Before this product, the most popular way to remove wrinkles was to receive botox treatments, a very expensive option indeed.
